BrainPOP hanging on "Loading ActivExpressions.."

My Mac laptop runs both the mac and pc sides using bootcamp. I have Inspire installed on both sides. I went to Promethean Planet and followed the instructions for downloading the Flash Bridge to run the BrainPOP quizzes with the ActivEXPRESSIONS. I made sure to start the Flash Bridge before going to BrainPOP and when I went to the quiz section, it said at the bottom, "Loading ActivEXPRESSIONS..." and I waited and waited and nothing came up. I tried this for both sides and got the same message of loading expressions. Am I not waiting long enough? How long does it take for BrainPOP to load the expressions?

The first thing we need to verify is we have the latest version of Java and ActivDrivers.

For a Mac please go to the Apple symbol > Software Updates and install any Java updates. On the PC side please go here http://www.java.com/en/ to download and install.

To upgrade your ActivDrivers please follow this article -http://iaak.zendesk.com/entries/482514-upgrade-activdriver

If neither of those work please fill in this form and we can forward to level 2 support.

1) What OS are you using? 
2) What browser are you using? 
3) Are you using an ActivBoard? If yes, can you look at the attached chart and let me know which version? 
4) What is the version you have for ActivInspire? 
5) What is the model of your Hub? 
6) What driver versions are you running for both the Hub and the Board*? 
7) What version of Flash do you have installed? 
8) How many devices do you have registered to the Hub? 
9) What is the model number of the board you are using? 
10) What version of the Extension are you running?

Also on the side Mac please try plugging your ActivHub into your computer and not the board.

The ActivHub is connected to the computer and is still receiving issues. The following steps were completed in order to repair these issues.

1) Connect the ActivHub directly to the computer. 
2) Install the latest ActivDrivers and ActivSoftware. 
3) Install the latest version of Java. 
4) Reset the ActivHub through the ActivManager Control Panel. 
5) Reregister the ActiveExpression devices. 
6) Visit the BrainPOP website as everything should now work.
